About The Bridge Experience
The Opportunity
COVID-19 has led colleges and universities to alter the way they deliver the educational experience and provide students with experiential learning and internships. As a result, some students have chosen to take time off from their studies to ensure they have the best educational experience possible. These students are not seeking a reprieve from the classroom but want to stay academically engaged. Both they and their parents want this time to be used productively for the betterment of their futures. The Bridge Experience is the solution for those exiting the traditional university experience for a time, but want to continue in their personal and professional development. The Bridge Experience provides an exciting, engaging, 12-week learning experience that includes content, collaboration, and coaching around personal and professional development in a real-world work environment.

The Bridge Experience coaching and facilitation team consists of business and education professionals. They have spent their time working in large corporations and teaching and administrating at public and private schools, and at the collegiate level. Our team is passionate about investing in the next generation of business leaders. They teach and coach to bring out your best and prepare you for your best future.

Real-World Work Experience
First-Rate Curriculum Experience
Our aim for The Bridge Experience is to provide a virtual experiential program of skill development for students taking a hiatus from the traditional academic path. The Program includes:
- a skills assessment and a custom development plan
- a curriculum that focuses on both hard and soft skill development and better prepares the student to better compete in the workplace and work collaboratively with a sense of purpose and focus
- an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge through experiential learning, reflection, and team-based projects
The Benefits
The Bridge Experience participants will experience:
- Engagement with a coach to create a custom development plan that focuses on their assets, their goals, and their interests
- Hands-on work experience in solving real world issues that demonstrates their new-found experience and learning
- Development of networking skills including access to mentors that will be helpful in future development
- Increased sense of purpose and focus as well as confidence in communicating and working collaboratively with others
- Creation by the student of a portfolio that shows evidence of their growth
- Certification that recognizes the student’s completion of the program
Program Details
The program is conducted in cohorts of 10-12 students. The first cohort begins in September.
The program is 12 weeks long with rolling start dates.
The time commitment for the program is:
- Coaching: (1:1, group, and peer) – 1-2 hours per week
- Self-Study – 8-10 hours per week
- Project Work - 8-10 hours per week
The cost of the program is $4000.
- Payments can be broken into installments.
- Payments may be made by credit card.
